Chief Executive Officer<\/h3>\n

Michael Stivala has been actively involved in the Group\u2019s business for over 25 years and is a director of a number of Group companies, and is the Group\u2019s, Chief Executive Officer. Apart from overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Group, his main responsibilities today are the management of the Group\u2019s hotels, guest holders and hostels. Mr Stivala is also the President of the Malta Developers Association and acted as the vice president of the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association until 2015.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ivan Stivala began working with the Group approximately 23 years ago and has recently been appointed as Group\u2019s Executive Chairman of a number of Group companies. Francis Gouder has extensive banking experience, having worked for 45 years in the banking sector, both at branch and head office level, namely Barclays Bank, Mid-Med Bank and HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. More recently he also worked at Banif Bank Malta p.l.c as an advisor to the executive committee and later head of private banking. He presently holds a number of non-executive directorships, where he also acts as a member of the respective audit committees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dr Ann Marie Agius is a Notary Public by profession. Her main practice areas apart from her notarial practice are trusts, fiduciaries, estate planning, corporate and contract law. Dr Agius worked for a number of years in the Wealth Management\/Trust Department of one of Malta\u2019s major banks having been entrusted with legal and compliance duties. She has also worked with the Malta Financial Services Authority (the Maltese regulator for financial services) for a number of years before returning to her private practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

With a rich history of serving diverse clients globally, he plays a pivotal role in guiding businesses through decision-making, corporate structure, finance, and strategic expansion in Malta. As a distinguished member of ACCA, The Malta Institute of Accountants, and The Malta Institute of Taxation, Jean Paul upholds the highest professional standards. Antoinette Scerri<\/h2>\n

Company Secretary<\/h3>\n

Antoinette obtained her Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Malta in 2007 and has always been involved in direct and indirect tax advisory and compliance work since then. Antoinette also pursued an international tax course at the International Tax Centre at the University of Leiden, Netherlands, a Diploma in VAT Compliance as well as a Diploma in Taxation. Her focus has always been tax consultancy to both local and international clients operating in various industries including hotels, gaming, financial services and fintech. During her experience in the tax field, Antoinette was involved in various advisory and compliance projects mainly relating to corporate groups\u2019 restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions and assisting multi-national companies setting up in Malta. Ms. Scerri has been Company Secretary for the Group since 2021<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

His responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, enhancing reporting accuracy, and providing strategic guidance to align financial decisions with the organization\u2019s objectives. Rebecca Stivala joined the Stivala Group in 2007 and has been involved in various roles within the operating companies.
