Stivala Group's main business is the acquisition of the real estate for long term investment purposes. Properties intended for hospitality purposes are operated as hotels, hostels or apartments for short term accommodation. The Group also leases to third parties commercial and residential properties on longer-term basis.
The Group’s business strategy focuses on achieving positive and sustainable financial and operational results together with long-term appreciation in the value of the Group’s real estate portfolio.
The Issuer is currently managed by a Board consisting of seven Directors entrusted with its overall direction and management, including the establishment of strategies for future development.
Stivala Group Finance p.l.c. is the ultimate parent company of the Stivala Group and is the principal vehicle for further expansion of the Group’s hospitality business and mixed use developments.
€45 million 4% Stivala Group Finance plc Secured Bonds 2027 are listed on the Malta Stock Exchange and €15 million 3.65% Stivala Group Finance plc Secured Bonds 2029 are listed on the Malta Stock Exchange.
